WHOOP Integration Privacy Policy

This is a private, personal integration operated by Jenn Morgan. It connects Jenn’s WHOOP account to a local AI assistant so she can ask questions about her own health and fitness data.

Information accessed

With authorization, the integration may access WHOOP data such as recovery, sleep, strain, workouts, cycles, and basic profile information. It requests only the permissions needed for the enabled features.

How information is used

The data is used only to answer Jenn’s requests and provide personal analysis. Data may be processed by the local integration and by the AI service Jenn has chosen to use, including Claude Code, when she asks a question.

Storage and sharing

This integration does not sell personal information or share it for advertising. OAuth credentials are stored locally and are not included in this public page. Data is not intentionally shared with anyone else, except service providers needed to answer an authorized request.

Retention and deletion

Jenn may revoke WHOOP access at any time through her WHOOP account settings or by removing the local integration credentials. Locally stored tokens and cached data can be deleted from the device running the integration.
